About The Founder
Worked in different healthcare facilities as a Clinical Nurse, Woodbourne Center, Baltimore MD, Oak Crest Erickson Living Community, Genesis Healthcare Center Towson MD, Johns Hopkin Bayview Baltimore MD/Cheasepeake Agency, USA. She has also worked in MedSurg, Psychiatric, geriatric, gerontology, home health, and many others. Worked as an Assistant Public Relations Officer in Nigeria Ports Authority / Continental Shipward CSL, Lagos Nigeria.
Minister Julie has a great passion for missionary and medical mission work globally, especially in Africa, and to disseminate the good news of Jesus Christ and his mercy, and love through Food distribution and medical mission outreach. Minister Julie and her husband have previously and in continuity hosted food distribution in different locations of Nigeria. She has been a blessing from a young age in reaching out to help the motherless, Orphans, widows, and the less privileged in society.
Her vision and mission remain strong for the less privileged which motivated her in establishing Delightful Heart Foundation which is a Springboard to elevate hardships for the less privileged. Minister Julie’s greatest joy and passion is to put and see smiles on the faces of the less privileged.
DHF Inc. is an anchor organization that focuses on transforming the lives of less privileged, orphans, and widows to achieve positivity and to be a voice and an advocate for their needs. Through the help and support of the founder and partners, DHF will bring hope and comfort to the hopeless and empowerment to the youth, to strengthen existing approaches aimed at tackling Orphan vulnerable children-related necessities in the communities.
The mission of DHF is to provide skills development, food support, health care support, and empowerment programs for widows (sewing, catering, petty trading). Support services for youth, women, and basic educational scholarships for orphans including those less privileged to reduce the rate of poverty, homelessness, and school dropouts in our community.
